Markhor Safari® is a federally registered U.S. service mark owned by Hunza LLC. The mark is registered on the Principal Register of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) under Registration No. 8,385,000, with a registration date of August 4, 2026.

The registration certificate identifies January 2, 2022 as the date of first use and first use in commerce. It also identifies U.S. Serial No. 99/256,678, filed June 27, 2025.

Official public notice

The Markhor Safari® name identifies the registered travel-management services of Hunza LLC. Customers, partners, businesses, advertisers, domain registrants, social-media account holders and other third parties should take reasonable care when selecting or using names, marks or branding that may be identical or confusingly similar in connection with related services.

A small spelling change, or the addition, removal or alteration of letters or words, does not by itself determine whether two marks are legally distinguishable. The analysis depends on the particular facts, including the marks’ overall commercial impression, the relationship between the services and the potential for consumer confusion.

No unauthorized affiliation

Unless Hunza LLC has provided express authorization, no person or business is authorized to state, advertise or imply that it is:

• affiliated with Markhor Safari®;
• an authorized representative of Markhor Safari®;
• sponsored or endorsed by Markhor Safari®;
• operating on behalf of Markhor Safari®; or
• otherwise connected with Hunza LLC as the owner of the Markhor Safari® mark.

Hunza LLC takes brand integrity and the prevention of customer confusion seriously. It reserves the rights and remedies available under applicable federal and state law where the mark is used without authorization in a way that is likely to cause confusion or falsely suggest an affiliation.

Scope of this notice

This notice concerns the Markhor Safari® mark for the services identified in the federal registration. The certificate states that no claim is made to the exclusive right to use the word “SAFARI” apart from the mark as shown.

Nothing on this page asserts that every use of “Markhor,” “Safari,” or any similar term is unlawful. Each situation depends on its facts and the rights provided by applicable trademark law.
